Some realized projects Arjan Scheer worked on. Mahler 4 Zuidas Amsterdam  A project by Foreign Office Architects from London. Arjan Scheer was in 2006 involved with the end phase of this project.  Department Store Franciscusdreef 92 Utrecht A project by Timo bij 't Vuur, architect in Zeist, for a kitchen showroom, supermarket, a DIY shop and parking. The design was mainly done by Arjan Scheer under supervision of Timo bij 't Vuur. The project consists of an aluminium clad volume where the parking is cut out. The treatment of the facades around the parking are of a different material then the street facades to emphasize the cut. The parking forms a gradual transition between the built volume and the green strip and the neighboring cemetry at the other side of the road.  Urban Regeneration Delfzijl A project on which Arjan Scheer worked while at KCAP in Rotterdam. In Delfzijl many dwellings are demolished due to decreasing numbers of inhabitants. In the areas where many houses were demolished a scheme was made to maintain consistency of built up areas and landscape. From the air the interventions to the north of the historic city center are visible.
